Overview

Tools Up! is a chaotic local co-op game that puts your renovation and teamwork skills to the ultimate test. Work your way up a sprawling apartment complex as you renovate increasingly intricate homes to meet the bizarre demands of local tenants. Developed by The Knights of Unity and published by Untold Tales, this Standard Edition brings core party-gaming fun to your PC via Steam. Whether playing solo or teaming up with friends, you'll paint walls, tear down wallpaper, lay tiles, and shift heavy furniture against a racing clock. Communication and coordination are your best tools to prevent absolute chaos from taking over the job site.

Key Features

  • Chaotic Cooperative Play: Team up with friends and family to tackle complex room renovations, pushing your communication to the limit.
  • Beat the Clock: Race against strict time limits to finish tasks efficiently and secure high scores before time expires.
  • Diverse Renovation Tasks: Paint walls, lay tiles, smash drywall, plaster wallpaper, and sweep up messy demolition debris.
  • Interactive Environments: Toss tools and materials across roomsβ€”or even to other teammates on different floorsβ€”to maximize your speed.
  • Accessible Controls: Simple pick-up-and-play controls make it exceptionally easy for casual players and seasoned gamers alike to jump right in.
  • Standard Edition Content: Access the foundational base game experience optimized for PC via Steam.

Story and Gameplay

Step into the oversized boots of a professional (or semi-professional) renovation crew tasked with breathing new life into a mysterious skyscraper's empty apartments. Each floor introduces fresh layouts, unique architectural challenges, and stricter time constraints. As blueprints become more complex and messes grow larger, keeping your cool under pressure becomes essential. Throw building supplies across rooms, navigate tricky floor hazards, and work together seamlessly to ensure every tenant moves into their dream home on schedule.
