EA Sports FC 27 releases worldwide on September 25, 2026, on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. Players who buy the Ultimate Edition can start playing in early access from September 18, up to seven days before the worldwide launch (on PC, early access begins slightly earlier, at 11:00 p.m. UTC on September 17).

FC 27 pricing depends on the edition and platform you choose. Compare the Standard, Ultimate and Ultimate Plus editions on this page to see current prices. Every version is delivered as a digital key, so there are no shipping costs on top of the price you see.

The Standard Edition unlocks at worldwide launch on September 25. The Ultimate Edition adds up to seven days of early access — from September 18 — plus additional Ultimate Team content, so you can start building your squad before the servers fill up. If you want the fastest legitimate head start on the new season, Ultimate is the edition to buy.

FC 27 is available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC (EA App, Steam and Epic Games Store), Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. One thing to note: the new “The Grounds” mode is only available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC and Nintendo Switch 2 — it isn’t included on PS4 or Xbox One.

Yes — EA Sports FC is the series formerly known as FIFA, so “FIFA 27” and “EA Sports FC 27” refer to the same game. EA rebranded the franchise to EA Sports FC in 2023, but many players still search for it by the old name.

By email, after launch — fully digital, with nothing shipped. Redeem your key on your platform's store (EA App, Steam or Epic on PC, or your console store), preload the game, and you're set for early access or launch day depending on your edition.
