Through this website you can purchase and sell license rights to virtual items on Steam. All virtual items remain the property and ownership of Valve and are provided on an "as is" basis. The website reserves the right to refuse service and refund associated payments at its sole discretion. Once rendered the service comes with no guarantees beyond initial delivery. If you are selling licence rights to virtual items we gurantee that the payment will be sent to you within 1 hour from the moment you have completed the trade on your end assuming that you have provided correct payment details and that there are no connectivity issues.
On this website you can register an account via the open id Steam login function provided by Valve. You assume full responsibility for all activity associated with your registered account both here and on Steam.
You can only use this website if you are 18 years or older or with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are from any of the following countries you can not use our website: Iran, Syria, Israel, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan.
Ordering & Shipping
Orders are delivered within 5-20 minutes from moment payment is received and verified. Orders are delivered as gifts on Steam. Your Steam inventory privacy setting must be set to Public in order for us to deliver the order.
Orders paid via PayPal by new customers are always subject to phone verification. We may also on occassion request photocopy of card and id. We reserve the right to verify any PayPal payment made by any customer at our sole discretion. Any orders under review that have not been verified will be refunded within 3 days of purchase in so far as permitted by payment processor.
You can buy a limited number of credits via phone or SMS in any 45 days period. The exact limits are stated on your prepaid balance page. If you circumvent this limit we will hold delivery for all orders in excess of the credit limit until your money has been paid out to us (and in some cases can be held for additional time to protect against chargeback transactions) which may take from 60 to 180 days.
Prices on website may change many times per day but the price stays with an order once paid assuming price was accurate at the time of ordering.
Refunds, Returns & Replacements
Refunds are never issued for delivered orders and there is a sitewide zero return policy. Refunds are only issued in case payment fails verification process or if order is not delivered within the promised time and customer is unwilling to wait any further. In case we are unable to deliver we reserve the right to either refund order or replace with equivalent value in common items depending on your preference.
When you use G2A Pay services provided by G2A.COM Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "G2A Pay services provider") to make a purchase on our website, responsibility over your purchase will first be transferred to G2A.COM Limited before it is delivered to you. G2A Pay services provider assumes primary responsibility, with our assistance, for payment and payment related customer support. The terms between G2A Pay services provider and customers who utilize services of G2A Pay are governed by separate agreements and are not subject to the Terms on this website.
We and/or entities that sell products on our website by using G2A Pay services are primarily responsible for warranty, maintenance, technical or product support services for those Products. We and/or entities that sell products on our website are primarily responsible to users for any liabilities related to fulfillment of orders, and EULAs entered into by the End-User Customer. G2A Pay services provider is primarily responsible for facilitating your payment.
You are responsible for any fees, taxes or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of your items resulting from charges imposed by your relationship with payment services providers or the duties and taxes imposed by your local customs officials or other regulatory body.

Where possible, we will work with You and/or any user selling on our website, to resolve any disputes arising from your purchase.

Should legal action be taken by any party to enforce it's terms under these terms, it is agreed that if the website is the prevailing party as determined by final verdict of a court of competent jurisdiction, the website shall be entitled to full recovery of all costs and fees associated with the legal action in addition to any other compensation granted by court.
